Swiftpack Swiftsort Rotary Bottle Unscrambler
Swiftsort Rotary unscramblers are available in 3 sizes using a rotary starwheel system, designed for simple operation with minimal use of change parts. These systems are capable of handling up to 150 containers per minute dependent on product size.
Bottles are randomly loaded into a large covered hopper where they are raised into the starwheel by the flighted infeed. The starwheel separates the bottles and loads them into pockets where products are transported to a secondary starwheel for placement onto a conveyor.
Changeover of bottle formats is simple and changeover can be completed within 5 minutes without the use of tools. |
