Microscan® Technology
MicroScan® is a high speed, empty cavity detection system that uses infrared light and advanced solid-state electronics, to detect that a tablet is present while moving through a slat. When an empty cavity is detected, the bottle with a short-count is tracked and rejected by the machine.
Due to extreme demand in the marketplace, IMA Nova® has committed to extending full support on its popular MicroScan® I tablet detection system. Recognizing that the original model of this technology has proven to be reliable and continues to be in use on hundreds of Lakso® tablet counters throughout the world, IMA Nova® is moving forward to ensure that parts and technical drawings are kept readily available.
