C735 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Filler
The C735 is a semi-automatic tube filler reaching speeds up to 35 tubes per minute. Tubes are manually fed and oriented on the seven station turntable, and filler can be equipped with either hot seal or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes. This additional 7th station permits the machine to offer a tube print orientation device.
The C735 features a swing-out filling station which allows for footswitch-operated dispensing of product directly into bottles or jars.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S tube fillers, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 machines in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.
